Patriot Merch – A Patriots in Action Store
At Patriot Merch, every product is created to celebrate faith, freedom, and the American spirit. Most of our items are produced specifically for you when your order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, our return policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Made-to-Order Products
Most apparel and merchandise sold through Patriot Merch are produced through our print-on-demand production partner. Because these items are custom made when you place your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong color or design
• Changing your mind after the order is placed
Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit.
Custom Hats
Our hats are produced through a specialty vendor and are custom made for each order. For this reason, hat purchases are considered final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your hat order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first contacting your local postal carrier for assistance.
If you still need help, please contact us and we will work with you to help resolve the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect and cannot be replaced.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original form of payment.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Because our products move quickly into production, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun. If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.
